Three consecutive summers (2023-2025) across three separate public-sector clients
- 2023: Presented a thorough, feasible, and high-impact pro-bono solution addressing the child-care crisis in Chester County, PA, supporting an organization that provides scholarships to 5,000+ students and healthcare/benefits to 1,000+ child care workers.
- 2024: Implemented robust project planning protocols for the HR department of a large public-service entity serving 170 million people and employing 7.3 million people.
- 2025: Supported a U.S. state health department benefits and eligibility system by developing high-level project management plans from RFP requirements, designing UI/UX mockups for client-facing and internal tools, and quality reviewing key deliverables (SRDs, PSDs, and SOWs).
